Additional Details:

IRS mileage $.725/mile Start ASAP for 13 weeks M-F, days

Coverage area: Omaha Metro May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address. RN productivity expectation for 40 hrs = 28 - 32 points/wk SOC 2.5, ROC 2.0, Discharge (OASIS) 1.5, Recertification- 1.5, Routine visits- 1
