Required Skills/Experience: Previous oncology patient navigation/care coordination experience required. Oncology infusion experience required.
Unit Details: Supports a new outpatient oncology program. Coordinates patient care from diagnosis through treatment, provides education and support to patients and families, and collaborates with providers, pharmacy, infusion staff, and ancillary departments. Occasional chemotherapy infusions may be required. Epic Beacon experience preferred.
