Required Skills/Experience:
Ability to coach and give feedback in real time.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
2 years’ experience in a comprehensive stroke center and a high-volume ED with > 100,000 visits preferred.
Previous HCA experience preferred.
Special Requests:
RTO or special scheduling will not be accommodated.
Unit Details:
Patient ratios are typically 4:1 for medical patients and up to 7:1 for ED behavioral holds.
Equipment includes Baxter pumps and GE monitors.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
Holiday coverage is required.
Floating Requirements:
No floating outside of the ED; must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
