Required Skills/Experience:
- General OR experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- RN scrubbing experience preferred.
Special Requests:
- Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Unit Details:
- Common cases include straight forward CABG, AVR, MVR, and thoracotomy.
- 2 circulators per case.
- Uses Surginet.
Shift & Scheduling:
- CVOR call required; call is split and rotated separately, with 1 CVOR RN currently covering every night.
- 30-minute call response time.
- Every other weekend with weekend call and work rotation.
- Holidays required.
Floating Requirements:
- Will work in Main OR when there are no CVOR cases.
- Floating is only within the OR to other specialties.
- First to float.
