Travel Nurse (RN) - Case Management

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have prior recent CA Dignity experience.

Special Requests:

• Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
• Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.
• Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details:

• Sees 15-20 patients/consults per day across all areas of the hospital; no outpatient or home care.
• Duties include working with all payers, uninsured, and homeless populations, completing initial assessments, InterQual, discharge planning, and utilization review.
• InterQual training provided.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend requirement every other weekend depending on staffing; at least one full weekend per month.
• Holidays are not required, but may be worked if willing.

Floating Requirements:

• First to float.
