Travel Nurse (RN) - Nurse Management

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years of management/leadership experience required.

Special Requests: - If candidate worked at a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from the perm facility. - At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job being applied to. - Cumulative experience applies for previous travelers. - No previous employment allowed at this facility.

Unit Details: - Director of Women’s Care role responsible for planning, organizing, and directing overall operations of nursing/patient care areas. - Ensures patient care quality standards for patients ranging from infant to geriatric. - Maintains performance improvement and CQI activities, staff competency, budgeting, and departmental compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, laws, standards, and protocols.

Shift & Scheduling: - Typically Monday-Friday with irregular hours possible. - Evening and/or weekend call may be required.
