Additional Details:
Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Local candidates not accepted; must reside more than 80 miles away. Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Rooming patients, phone triage, IM injections, vaccine administration, catheter changes, and setting up a sterile field. Uses vision screener and EKGs.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri schedule. No holidays. No call.
Floating Requirements: May float to other clinics if needed. This role will primarily support the pediatric department, with the ability to float as needed to OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Internal Medicine.
