Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have charge experience. Labor and delivery experience including the ability to labor and recover the mother as well as receive and transition the newborn including assessment. Fetal monitoring education, experience with inductions (Pitocin, cervidil)
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with shoulder dystocia, PP hemorrhage, and other potential OB emergencies preferred.
Required Credentials: Certifications: Joint Commission, Stoke Center, Level II Trauma, Level II NICU
Shift & Scheduling: FT 3 shifts per wk., rotating weekend and holidays, PRN’s to complete
Floating Requirements: regular staff, if scheduled and not needed on the unit, are expected to float anywhere within the facility as needed, some staff are cross trained to float between LDRP & NICU
