Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab

Required Skills/Experience:

• Cardiac interventional cath experience required.
• Must have scrub experience for procedures and function independently as scrub nurse and circulator.

Required Credentials:

• ARRT certification required.

Preferred Credentials:

• Critical Care Course preferred.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric patient population.
• Unit performs diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, CTO and high-risk interventional cardiac cath, pacemaker implants including leadless, Watchman procedures, atrial and ventricular ablations, tilt tests, TEEs, PE thrombectomies, and vascular endovascular procedures.
• Role includes hemodynamic monitoring, conscious sedation, transvenous/temporary pacing, TAVR, and intra-aortic balloon pump, chest tube, and Impella support.
• Uses Philips imaging equipment.

Shift & Scheduling:

• On-call at least 1 weekday shift and 1 or more weekend shifts per month; participates in weekend, night, and holiday call. Must respond to STEMI callbacks in less than 30 minutes.
