In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license.

Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations. Ascension Cerner Test-Out required during onboarding. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, with only 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
