Travel Nurse (RN) - Nurse Educator

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Two (2) years of Med/Surg experience. We require strong L&D skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Required Credentials: Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program.

Preferred Credentials: Masters in Education strongly preferred

Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission.

All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval).

Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).

Floating Requirements:

The expectation is that the candidate will provide coverage for all of inpatient MCH (L&D, NICU, MBU, Peds).

Will support education for labor and delivery, NICU, post partum.
