Special Requests:
Past UPH employees who currently work at or have worked at UPH within the last 12 months as FTE or PRN float pool staff cannot work travel in another market. This does not apply to prior UPH travel employees.
Unit Details:
General medical/surgical floor caring for post-op patients requiring overnight stays.
Common cases include prostatectomy, mastectomy, abdominal surgeries, and thyroidectomy.
Heparin drips administered.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
No call.
Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
Floating Requirements:
Float to other Med/Surg/Tele units required.
May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
