You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities. Exceptions include: Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS
Required Skills/Experience:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Credentials:
Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
Special Requests:
All schedule requests and accommodations must be submitted with the application. Requests made after the offer or during the assignment are not guaranteed to be approved.
Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Left and right heart catheterizations; ablations; ICD and PPM implants; structural heart procedures including TAVR and LAAO.
Interventional radiology and peripheral vascular procedures include ports, drains, biopsies, central lines, thrombectomy, PCI, and dialysis access issues.
The pre/post area performs bedside TEEs and cardioversions.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday schedule.
Call required for STEMI coverage.
Call required: On call is roughly one evening per week and every 4th weekend, with a 30-minute response time.
Must work 2/3 major holidays.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
