Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Will accept first-time travelers as long as they have 2 years of ULT experience. Experience in general/abdomen, non high-risk OB/GYN, and vascular is required. Seeking proficiency/experience in the following: Abdomen/RUQ with liver vessel evaluation, Kidneys & Bladder, Pelvis (transabdominal and transvaginal), 1st Trimester OB (transabdominal and transvaginal), Testicle/Scrotum evaluation, DVT/venous evaluation of both arms and legs, ABIs, Thyroids, Aortas, Carotids, and Limited 2nd/3rd Trimester OBs (BPP, Measurements, and fluid checks).

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in assisting with fine needle aspirations, paracentesis, and thoracentesis procedures is preferred, but not required.

Required Credentials: ARDMS (AB) required.

Preferred Credentials: ARDMS (OB/GYN) preferred.

Special Requests: Past UPH employees, including FTE or PRN float pool staff, cannot work travel in another market if they currently work or have worked there within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH, the separation policy does not apply.

Unit Details: General, OB/GYN, and vascular patient population. Performs abdomen, small parts, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester OB (non high-risk) for dating, measurements, BPPs, and fetal anatomy scans, transabdominal and transvaginal gynecologic imaging, upper and lower venous doppler, lower arterial doppler, ABIs, Aorta duplex, Carotid arterial doppler, and hepatic and renal doppler imaging exams.

References may be charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday. Start time varies between 0700 - 0930 based on staffing/cases. On-call coverage Monday-Friday from 9pm-6am, rotating among all day staff. Weekend call coverage as needed 630pm-6am. Unless the unit is closed, contractors are required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
