An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience: Med/Surg ICU and/or Neuro ICU background with strong assessment skills in Neuro
Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate
Unit/Facility Details: During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend Every other holiday; On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
Floating Requirements: Float Requirements: will float between Neuro Critical Care ICU and MSICU units- possible float to other critical care units and other inpatient units as needed.
