Required Skills/Experience: MS-onc or oncology experience in work history required. 1 year care coordination or case management experience required; facility might consider less case management experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro experience in work history preferred.
Special Requests: Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Nurse navigator/case management role with long-term patient relationships, triage calls, and care coordination. Orientation with the neuro team and oncology team. High proportion neuro-oncology patients, including brain tumors, neurofibrosis, and neuro follow-ups.
