Additional Information
In order to receive travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Uses Cerner OneChart.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call.
Floating Requirements: May have to float to like units on the same campus.
