Additional Information
In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials:
Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80% with only 2 attempts allowed.
Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
No call.
2 out of 3 holiday commitment.
