Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license.

Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score with 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG exam required; minimum 80% passing score with 2 attempts allowed. CPI must be an 8-hour course. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: Level 1 trauma adult emergency room.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend.
