Travel Nurse (RN) - Step Down Unit

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Previous Employment Requirements:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience
• Traveler will be placed on a unit where the greatest need is whether it is a PCU or Med/Surg/Tele unit based on the traveler's skills
• Will accept a M/S or Stepdown RN - same credentialing for both skills

Required Credentials:

• Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. State ID

Shift & Scheduling:

• All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
• EOW

Floating Requirements:

• Will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
