Special Requests:

• Resume must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility was a teaching facility.
• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job.
• Previous Sanford Health employment must be disclosed; prior Sanford Health, Good Samaritan Society, and Marshfield Clinic Health System clinicians must be at least 6 months from their end date before submission.
• Skills checklist cannot contain any N/As, and all lines must have a numerical rating.

Unit Details:

• Ratios: typically 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend and holiday.

Floating Requirements:

• May float to like Med Surg and telemetry units within the facility.
