Required Credentials:

• Master’s of Occupational Therapy required..

Unit Details:

• Provides occupational therapy interventions per referral, including assessment, care planning, patient and family education, treatment documentation, scheduling, and issuing adaptive equipment.
• Provides age-appropriate occupational therapy care for children, including assessment and intervention in fine motor skills, self-help skills, development, and durable medical equipment needs.
• Coordinates with a CCS Case Manager for referral to a CCS panel provider or CCS Medical Therapy Unit for patients who may continue to require occupational therapy services after hospital discharge.
• Regularly assumes Charge Therapist duties.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 1 weekend a month.
