Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred. Perinatal RN residency, or recently practicing in a perinatal setting, is preferred. Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained. Unit Details: Patient ratio: 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4. CNAs support 1:4 patient assignments. Level 4 NICU ranging from feeder growers to complex ICU neonatal patients. Shift & Scheduling: 4 weekends/six weeks with two Mondays and two Fridays.
