Required Credentials: Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.

Unit Details: Outpatient setting. Treats patients of all ages. Implements the plan of care provided by the physical therapist. Provides therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and aquatic therapy. Completes daily documentation and charging in therapy EMR.

Shift & Scheduling: Variable hours.

Floating Requirements: Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.
