Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
  • High risk and OB triage experience (OB triage is a part of the L&D unit; traveler must be comfortable with this).
  • Couplet care required.
  • High volume experience.

Required Credentials:

  • Intermediate or higher fetal heart monitoring required. NCC_EFM also accepted.

Special Requests:

  • Time off must be approved at time of offer; no time off will be approved after confirmation has been sent to the facility.

Unit Details:

  • 350 births per month; high acuity/high volume.

Shift & Scheduling:

  • Mandatory call is not required, but traveler may be down staffed up to 3 times per contract, during which they will be placed on call and expected to report within a 45 minute window.

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
