Travel Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Special Requests:

• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location.
• Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
• Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health.
• If previously worked with Sanford Health, must have an end date 6 months prior to submission date.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Able to function independently in the ER and function in Med Surg with up to 5 patients.

Unit Details:

• ER and Med Surg nursing.
• Uses Sanford One Charge and Pyxis.
• For Med Surg, typical ratio is 3 to 4 to one, depending on census and acuity.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Day/night rotate.
• Every other weekend and holiday.
• 3 call shifts required in a 13 week contract.

Floating Requirements:

• Will float between ER and Med Surg.
