Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.
Required Skills/Experience: Worked in LTC/Assisted Living and Rehab
Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate
Shift & Scheduling:
• Day/PM (mostly PM) - must be flexible
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence.
• Weekends: Every other
• Holidays: As needed
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Floating Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare facilities within a 60 mile radius
