Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Scrub experience preferred.
Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position. To receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
Unit Details: High-risk delivery unit with 2 ORs and level III NICU on site.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend as needed. Holidays required per unit need.
