Required Skills/Experience:
- Home health/hospice experience required for nursing.
- Patient Experience requirements: home health experience and hospice experience for nursing/ home health experience for therapy
Unit Details:
- Coverage area: Franklin/Macon County.
- Reliable vehicle required for patient visits.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri days.
- Call requirements are every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5pm-8am and that weekend. No night visits are made from this office.
