Required Skills/Experience:

• Peripheral IV insertion experience required, or willingness to obtain training.

Required Credentials:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree in Applied Science in Radiology required.

Unit Details:

• Performs CT procedures and may perform general diagnostic radiology examinations.
• Administers intravenous contrast media using power injectors and monitors patients for possible reactions.
• Assists the radiologist with sterile diagnostic procedures, including biopsies.
• Responsible for PACS image exception resolution and RIS study indexing/completion.
• Will be responsible for transporting patients to and from the ED.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend required.
• No call required.

Special Requests:

• Block scheduling available as long as it includes weekends.
