An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor's Degree

Unit/Facility Details: During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.

Shift & Scheduling: Roughly 8a-430p, but depending on census there may be flexibility to start and end times. Weekend/Holiday: Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation- weekend coverage could change dependent on nursing pool for needed coverage On-call: every 3rd weekend with possibility of coverage increasing based on current nursing pool

Floating Requirements: Travel Requirements: 5 visits per day on average could be up to 6 . It can vary depending on the territory, patient census, staff availability, etc. Could be maximum of 150 miles in a given day but not all days.
