An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Credentials:
Associate degree or certificate required.
Shift & Scheduling:
The variable PM/NOC shifts run 1330-2200 and 0930-0600.
The schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday.
Flexible contract hours: 40-48 per week; minimum of 36 hours and maximum of 48 hours.
Set hours are not assured during orientation week or when the unit is closed for holidays.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
The clinician will be required to float to Gundersen Harmony (25mi apart) as needed.
