Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have minimum 1 year of home hospice experience.
- Will be required to manage a caseload of 12-15.
Types of Patients on Unit: We care for adults and pediatric patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
- On-call Or weekend requirements: in a rotation to take call on weekday & weekends for a 12-week rotation maybe 2 weekends. For weekdays 4-5 times a month as 2nd RN.
