Preferred Skills/Experience:
Minimum two (2) years of experience in the SNF/ICF setting preferred.
Special Requests:
Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday. Please do not accept the start date offered if they cannot be there on time.
Shift & Scheduling:
Likely to include one weekend day.
Must be available to work Hawaii state and federal holidays as necessary based on facility operations.
Floating Requirements:
Possible floating to other units or facilities based on census and staffing needs.
