Unit Details: Direct and indirect total nursing care for long-term care residents as a medication/treatment nurse. Administers medications and treatments as ordered, supervises CNAs/splits performing resident care, documents resident status changes including acute illness, doctor visits, pass departures/returns, and communicates updates and new orders to physicians, families, and MDPOA. When an RN and LPN are working the same shift, the RN serves as charge and the LPN reports to the RN.
Shift & Scheduling: May work all shifts or as Treatment Nurse as needs arise. 36 contract hours per week. No holiday coverage required.
