Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
Required Credentials:
Required certifications and licensure cannot expire within 30 days of the potential start date to apply.
Special Requests:
Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained.
All requested time off must be included in the submission packet at the time of submission.
Unit Details:
Charge responsibility may be required, and training will be provided.
Equipment includes a vital signs machine, glucometers, SCDs, bladder scanners, vein finders, remote telemetry capability, wound vacs, IV pumps, pulse oximeters, chest tubes, Kangaroo tube-feeding pumps, and oxygen delivery devices.
Patient population includes cardiac CIMU acuity-level patients.
Frequent interaction with students and new hires is expected.
Shift & Scheduling:
At least one major holiday must be worked: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and/or New Year's Day.
Start dates occur every other Monday.
Floating Requirements:
Travelers float first, depending on needs.
