Required Skills: Outpatient Clinic/ Urgent Care Center, Genitourinary/Renal, Obtain/Instruct clean catch urine, Skin, Simple dressing changes, Professional Topics and Skills, Telephone Triage, Vital Sign monitoring, Medication reconciliation, Follow up phone calls, Interpretation of laboratory results, Labeling of specimens, Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests, Set up aseptic /sterile procedure trays

Unit / Facility Details: Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID
Special Requests: Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday, 0700 am - 5:30 pm
Weekend: Rotating Saturdays 9a-1p
Floating Requirement: All FM/IM/Peds locations
