Preferred Skills/Experience:
Critical care experience preferred.
One year of Medical Surgical experience preferred.
Unit Details:
The RN functions in the role of a primary RN in Triage, Main ED, and Fast Track.
Patient care is provided across the life span, with age-specific needs assessed.
Floating Requirements:
The RN may be floated to other hospital areas as a resource, as directed by hospital leadership or the House Supervisor.
When floated, the RN follows the Charge Nurse's guidance in the assigned department.
