Required Skills/Experience:
- Float experience does not count toward the unit experience requirement.
- Hospice experience required
Required Credentials:
- Hospice checklist and competency exam required.
Unit Details:
- Inpatient hospice setting.
- Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator.
