Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years PT Home Health experience with Adult/Geri patients.
- Specifically assisting with ADLs and adaptive equipment. Able to effectively collaborate with other specialties (RN, PT, OT, Speech, etc.).
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every 3rd weekend.
- Schedule cycle: Monday - Friday
Floating Requirements:
- Within Central Metro E coverage area.
- Coverage area: Central Metro E: 60630, 60618, 60625, 60646, 60659, 60660, 60657,60640, 60613, 60614 and surrounding area.
