Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty.

Required Credentials: No temporary licenses accepted.

Unit Details: Works in inpatient and acute units. Responsible to complete all aspects of care for assigned patient load including evaluations, formulating plan of care, collaboration of care plans with patient/family/other disciplines, performing therapeutic interventions, education, and meeting all documentation requirements outlined in department. Geriatric, neurological, stroke, and amputation patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. One weekend required per month. Holidays as required.
