Travel Nurse (RN) - Nurse Management

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: Previous apheresis leadership experience required. Cellular apheresis experience required. FACT accreditation experience required. Pediatric experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong background in transfusion medicine, blood banking, or cellular therapy preferred.

Required Credentials: If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (7/13/23)

Unit Details: Leadership role overseeing the apheresis program with oversight of 12 FTEs; responsible for staffing, scheduling, quality, regulatory compliance, and daily department operations; partners with transplant, cellular therapy, and laboratory leadership.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday onsite; hours are flexible since this is a manager role. Call required: Participate in the leader on call rotation schedule (1 week every 3rd week); after hours coverage 7pm – 7am plus weekend coverage.
