An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2-5+ years preferred. Swing bed/observation patient experience or interest preferred.
Unit Details: 50%+ swing bed/inpatient/observation patients in the hospital; 50% outpatient, elderly/chronic pain population. Treats total joints, low back/neck pain, chronic pain, and surgical/pain patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Shift options: 7-3:30 or 8a-430p. Possible weekend rotation, but unlikely; must be flexible. No holiday requirements. No call.
