Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted.
Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).
Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).
No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.
Required Skills/Experience: 2+ years of Adult ICU experience required. 2+ years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU.
Required Credentials: Telemetry competency required.
Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratio: 1:2 or 1:1 with high acuity; 1:4 or 1:5 when Floated to other Med/Surg areas.
Shift & Scheduling: Shift: Days/Eves/Nights & EOW. All Day positions are “Day Rotate.” Day rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) shifts when needed. Night shift does not rotate.
Floating Requirements: Yes, (mostly Medical/Surgical Units, could be up to 4 or 5 patients).
