Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Shift & Scheduling: D/N rotation (minimum 4 nights in 4 weeks). Two shifts: 0700-1930 & 1900-0730. No set rotation frequency. 24 hours of Friday time in 4 weeks 36 hours of Sat/Sun time in 4 weeks. Every other holiday during the contract period.
Floating Requirements: Possible pull to PICU or to sit 1:1.
