Required Skills/Experience:
NICU III and NICU IV experience required.
Experience with neonates <24-28 weeks required.
Dysrhythmia interpretation/management experience required.
Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage) and placement/management of oral/nasogastric/nasojejunal tubes required.
Experience with and knowledge of isolation precautions required.
Arterial line management, central line/implanted line care, UAC (umbilical artery catheter), and UVC (umbilical vein catheter) required.
Experience with IV vasopressors, surfactants, and steroids required.
Experience with neonatal abstinence syndrome is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
No holiday RTO.
Unit Details:
Neonatal patient population.
Shift & Scheduling:
No more than 5 days RTO.
Will work every 3rd weekend.
Floating Requirements:
Floating required if needed for department.
