Travel Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

Required Credentials: Driver's license address must match claimed residence to receive the travel rate. Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of separation from Ascension to be considered for a travel position.

Shift & Scheduling: Call based on department needs: currently 1-2 weekdays for two sites, Elmbrook and St. Joseph. Rotating weekend call Fri-Mon morning (1630 Fri to 0800 Mon morning) for two sites, Elmbrook and St. Joseph. Holidays rotate with current staff for two sites, Elmbrook and St. Joseph.

Floating Requirements: Will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed.
