All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any)
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience in a large facility hospital similar to Providence St. Vincent is required. Required imaging experience: extremities, abdomen/GE, spine/pelvis, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower extremities, upper extremities, and surgery/C-arm.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred. Children's hospital and Carestream experience preferred. Head, fluoroscopy studies, Carestream, and O-arm experience preferred. Neonate and infant patient experience preferred.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Preferred Credentials: Fluoro Permit preferred.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: 3 call shifts a month. Weekends required: Fri-Sun. Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
