Travel Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

Additional Details:

Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Psych LTC experience preferred.

Special Requests:

• Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location.
• Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details:

• Geriatric psych facility serving an elder population, including patients with dementia and a behavioral program with some patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and paranoia.
• Most skilled charting and COVID charting is completed on the day shift.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 12-hour block scheduling.
• Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
• No on-call.
