Additional Information
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Fluoro permit required. Pending fluoro permits are accepted if already applied for at time of submission. RCIS not accepted.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Community hospital experience is preferred. Coil embolization, peripherals, and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. RTO must be approved at time of submission.
Unit Details: Daily caseload: 8-12. Cares for coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmia patients. Performs coronary diagnostic and intervention, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, and permanent pacemaker procedures. Adult and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: No. Call required: up to 4 days a week; varies depending on need.
